General Gym

All of our facilities are designed by us and feature the equipment necessary to train for any athletic prowess. We have everything needed for sport-specific cardio and flexibility training, as well as machines to perform Pilates and Gyrotonics (TM) and our personally designed Coreladio programs. If you are looking to start your workout, we have all the basics and equipment that you will need. Along with that, we provide a one-on-one experience with certified instructors who would take the time to assess you then support you with starting and achieving your fitness goals.

Your health, fitness and goals are very important to us and will be our priority. Pulse Fitness is about knowing you as an individual and creating a positive experience with positive results that is made specifically just for you. Our Gym is open from 8  AM to 2 PM and opens again at 4 PM to 9 PM , so feel free to drop by and experience what we are all about (If you are not available during the hours of operation, we are open for flexibility and will try to accommodate you based on your available times).

 

Trampoline

Our trampolines are built more than just for jumping, but it is fun and fitness built in one! The Cardio- Trampoline is strategically designed to enhance core, cell and bounce power. Our instructors will intentionally work with you, to also maximize your knowledge about proper use of the trampolines and effectively gain results.

Tower Classes

This apparatus is completely unique to our facilities and programs and delivers the kind of workout you aren’t likely to find anywhere else. The Tower and the mobile frame have two parallel steel bars at the top for precise aerial movements. Other elements of this apparatus utilize spring-based resistance in ways designed to challenge and strengthen your entire body.

Ball Classes

Every Bounce for an ounce! In this class, the exercise ball is your friend. This is a fun and enjoyable workout made to focus on strengthening the core and increase your fitness level. Our instructors have developed great exercises and techniques with the exercise ball, that will definitely push your work out to a whole new level.

Dome Classes

The dome is an arched apparatus designed for floorwork, with two handles built for support and flexibility for a wide variety of workouts. This class works on balance, fitness, and cardio but mainly focuses on Core Strength and Toning.

Boxing

Boxing may be a sport, but to us, it is another method/technique for building strength and fitness. Along with professional boxers, you will work with different techniques that will focus on cardio, flexibility and core strength. We offer two boxing classes:

  • $25- Cordio Boxing- strength & conditioning
  • $25- Cordio-Shadow boxing

Pilates

Pilates is designed to help you move your body further than the extent you can go . Pulse fitness is known for specifically designing machines that are built to help increase body movement and flexibility. Each machine is built differently with specific functions; therefore, your body will also function differently and accordingly with the machines.

In addition, we also offer Mat Pilates that doesn’t require the use of the machines. This class uses your own body to strengthen body movement and flexibility instead.

Our Pilates instructors are highly trained and specialized to specifically work with any physical issue or need you may have. They have the ability to recommend specific machines and workouts for injuries, which will help rehabilitate your body to its normal condition. If posture, balance and stability are things you want to focus on, our Pilates classes is the great fit for you!

Who We are

Pulse Fitness Corp is run in tandem by the husband-and-wife team Darrell and Tina Morris. Together, the duo is committed to bridging the gap that exists between functional movements and alternative medicine. Their combined beliefs and skill sets work to bring sense of harmony to the concepts of physical fitness, health, and wellness to every aspect of their studio and fitness programs.

Our Policies

Pulse fitness is about the genuine connection with you, in order to fully understand who you are, what you need and how we work with you. Our classes are not designed to accommodate everyone. We don’t believe a positive experience is had in a jam-packed room with an instructor who doesn’t bother to learn your name. Our staffs enjoy working with you one-on-one to deliver the results you are after. Our class sizes are never bigger that 12 people to ensure your workout is as effective as possible.

Our equipment are strategically designed and custom made by us to focus on cardio and core strength training. We use the D.T Power Tower – This apparatus is completely unique to our facilities and programs and delivers the kind of workout you aren’t likely to find anywhere else. The Tower and the mobile frame have two parallel steel bars at the top for precise aerial movements. Other elements of this apparatus utilize spring-based resistance in ways designed to challenge and strengthen your entire body.
